You can order your Credit Report HERE!
You can pay for your credit report by using our secure check out with Paypal.
Simply provide the following information: Your full name as you normally use it, your home address, date of birth, social security, best phone number to reach you and your e-mail address. If you are married applying with your spouse, please select Married/Jointly; by yourself or with a borrower who is not your spouse you must select individual.
Once you have completed the short credit report application and securely check out the product on Paypal, one of our Loan Officers will call you to discuss your credit report with you.
Application Checklist
Welcome to New Vision Mortgage, LLC. We would like to make your process as fast and secure as can be, it’s our commitment to you! The process can take a couple of minutes once we have gathered all the information required from you. We want to be sure we are not missing information that can prevent you to get into a specific loan program and to avoid that we would like to advice you to please collect as much information as you can from this list. It’s possible not all will apply to your specific needs, but please take your time to go over and come prepare with all in hand, because these information is necessary to process you mortgage application. Having this information available will help us process your loan in a timely fashion. Bring the following documents to your Loan Officer as soon as possible. Thank You!
Employment
• Pay stubs covering the most recent 30-day period (must be computer generated).
• Two full years of employment history, including employer’s address and dates of employment. A work history letter of explanation by borrowers is necessary if any gaps or a change in employment has occurred within the past two years.
• If self-employed or commissioned, signed 1040 Form with all schedule for the schedules and year-to-date profit and loss statement.
• W-2 Forms and full Tax Returns with all schedules signed and dated (even if it’s a copy) for the past 2 years.
Assets
• Copies of 3 months of most recent bank statements include all pages. Please document any large deposits more than a $1,000.00 or higher of your monthly income.
• Monthly or quarterly statements for all 401K and investment accounts for most recent 3-month period.
• If a gift is involved, a gift letter with proof (statement showing funds) of donor’s ability to provide funds.
• If you are a FOSTER parent, receives Social Security, SSI, retirement, child support, alimony, or collects rent from properties owned, please provide proof of income if they are going to be used for qualification purposes.
Liabilities
• Name, address, account number, balance and amount of monthly payments for all loans, lines of credit, leases and credit cards.
• If you are required to pay child support or alimony or are using income to obtain a mortgage, a full copy of your divorce decree is required.
• Copies of most recent mortgage statement for all property owned.
• Copies of current leases and full tax returns for all rental property owned.
Other Documentation
• Copy of photo ID and Social Security card
• Landlord’s name and address (if applicable)
• Copy of fully executed Purchase & Sales contract and Inspection of the subject property.
• Copies of Bankruptcy and Discharge papers (if applicable). Must be 2 years discharge in order to qualify for any loan program.
